for small town festivals

The last Saturday in September we all enjoyed a short jaunt to a neighboring town for their annual get-together. It truly had the 'old-timey' feel to it. After a short parade down the main street, everything centered around their town park. The food was wonderful, there were games for the kids, a petting zoo, bingo, and of course yard sales. We didn't get a lot of pictures, but David did pick up (for FREE!) an old Royal Typewriter! He has been having a blast with it ever since! Pictures (of our roving reporter) will follow!
